This initial telephone consultation will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about counselling and to briefly discuss your concerns. I will also be able to give you a brief overview of the type of counselling I am qualified in. This free consultation is also about us getting to know and feel comfortable with each other, then deciding together whether what I can offer would be right for you.
