Initial Assessment Consultation

This initial assessment consultation is more of an information gathering session, where we will cover in more detail about what brings you to counselling and what your expectations may be about the process of helping you to achieve your goals. There will be no obligation for you to commence counselling with me after this consultation and all that you will be required to pay for will be this session. After this consultation, and if you decide to continue counselling with me, then we would agree to see each other at the same time and day on a weekly basis.
